Smartphones are made durable to last longer and reviewers review their durability by different tests but sometimes they go far beyond strength and Galaxy S7 edge crushing test is another example of that craziness. Bend tests, dirt test, drop test and water tests are now a bit older so they thought to do a crushing test under a hydraulic press. It sounds like stupidity.
In this test, they crushed S7 Edge under a hydraulic press with a force of whooping 400 ton, and the result was expected. The smartphone was on fire and flames were coming out with phishing sounds. Of course, the battery was out of order under too much pressure. The camera, circuit board, fingerprint sensor, AMOLED display and everything is now flat. There was a shot where it looked like the Galaxy S7 Edge started bleeding but that was the battery juice I think. The Galaxy S7 Edge was flatter than before, and its juice was out of its body 🙂
So, check out yourself and enjoy the video instead of saying it a stupid move because these videos are done for gaining views or they are sponsored by some brands. Maybe Samsung itself 😛
