Install Android OS on your PC or Laptop Easily:
Android is the best operating system for mobile phones, and everyone loves it. Install Android OS easily on your PC or Laptop by following this guide. If you don’t want to Install on your hard disk, then choose run only to run android os.
Requirements to install Android OS:
- Formatted USB of 4GB or Higher (depends on Android version)
- A PC or a laptop that should meet the requirements of Installation
- An Internet connection to download files
- And this blog to help you install Android OS
Make sure that your USB’s data is saved because it is going to Format
Now download “.iso” format files from the links given below:
- Android x86 (Google Code)
- Other Android Versions
- Android Lollipop ISO Files
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow iso Files
Always choose the latest and bug-free iso files.
To install Android OS, you need a bootable USB. Follow the guide on the link to make your USB bootable to run or Install Android OS on PC/Laptop:
After successfully making your USB bootable insert USB and restart your computer. This will let you boot Android OS from USB. After restarting your PC, you will see options to “Install” or “Run” Android OS. Yes, there is a difference between both options. Personally, I would recommend choosing “Run” as you will see how Android works on a desktop computer. Only run it directly from USB. It is because after installing both Android and Windows OS will eventually slow down your computer and then you have to reinstall windows to remove Android.
It is tricky to remove Android OS without reinstalling Windows. This option will not Install Android on your PC and allows you to run Android any time on your device. Selecting “Run Android-x86 without installation” will directly take you towards the OS. Below are the steps to install Android OS.
Now wisely choose the Installation place. You can Install on any partition of the hard drive, but it is recommended to create a separate partition if you want to remove it someday. Don’t install on C-drive where Windows are installed.
In Step 3, select “Yes.” GRUB is a bootloader that will let you boot this OS alongside Windows by prompting you to choose which OS you want to run.
Select the storage that you want to allocate to this operating system according to your will. It is like giving internal storage to Android. If you are going to install too many apps, then choose more storage as internal storage. Otherwise, 2GB is the maximum option that you can select.
Here is when it will ask you to allocate storage.
After following all the steps carefully, you will see Congratulations message like this. You can choose “Run Android-x86” or “Reboot”. Choosing “Reboot” option will take you to the screen where you can select “Windows” or “Android.” Now you can experience the awesomeness of Android on PC.
- There might be bugs in Android versions. So choose latest iso files.
- All Android apps will not be available to run. E.g., those apps that use portrait screens.
It is like Android running on a tablet. These versions of android are already rooted and you can customize with the help of Xposed Installer and other apps.
